We are an independent Tesla repair specialist based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, close to South West London, dedicated to providing expert servicing, diagnostics and repairs with honest advice and a personal approach.

Our Tesla journey began back in 2015, and things became very real in 2021, when our own Model 3 Performance suffered a battery failure while we were on holiday in Hungary, 1,500 miles from home.
We quickly learned what many owners still experience today: limited support, no realistic repair options, and almost no independent workshops willing, or able, to help. Even basic jobs like wheel alignment or geometry adjustments are often refused or carried out without the proper equipment.
That trip made something very clear: owners need access to specialist independent repair options if EV adoption is going to grow smoothly. Since then, we have spent years building the capability to handle the repairs most workshops simply cannot touch, carrying out Tesla repairs for select clients behind the scenes. Now, with our expanded workshop, a fully equipped mechanical workshop and bodyshop, we have opened our doors to every Tesla owner.

Our lead technician has always been fascinated by automotive engineering and has owned and worked on many different vehicles throughout his life.
To develop his Tesla expertise, he trained at one of Europe’s first independent Tesla repair centres, gaining experience alongside some of the most experienced Tesla specialists in the industry.
This specialist knowledge was combined with over a decade of experience managing the maintenance and operation of a large campervan and motorhome rental fleet, where reliability, safety and preventative maintenance were essential.

Working safely on an electric car takes more than experience. Our technicians hold IMI qualifications in electric and hybrid vehicles, issued by the Institute of the Motor Industry and regulated by Ofqual:
