Tesla brake and suspension repair in Surrey
A worn suspension component can affect ride quality, handling, tyre wear and stability. We find the actual cause, rather than replacing parts until the problem goes away.

Signs your Tesla needs a look
- knocking or creaking over bumps
- uneven or unusually fast tyre wear
- steering that feels vague, or a car that pulls to one side
- ABS, ESP or braking warnings, or regenerative braking that has stopped working
- a car that feels less precise than it used to
Diagnose first, then repair
Tesla suspension is heavy-duty, but it does wear, and the symptoms of one worn part can look like another. We inspect the suspension and brakes properly and tell you what we find before any parts are ordered.
Where a repair can be targeted, we do that. On a Model X with torn bushes, for example, we replaced the failed bush instead of the complete arm. On a Model S with an ABS fault that had survived four new wheel speed sensors, we traced the real cause to a previous repair, and then put it right properly.
Quality parts matter
Suspension parts carry the weight of a heavy car, so we only fit parts we supply ourselves: original Tesla parts where it is cost effective, otherwise quality aftermarket parts from trusted suppliers. We have seen what a cheap part can cost: a low-quality aftermarket control arm left one Model X stranded with a snapped ball joint.
After the repair
Changing suspension parts can affect the wheel alignment. With our own Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment ramp in the same workshop, we can check and set it to Tesla's specification afterwards, so your new tyres are not worn out by the wrong geometry.
